Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that you can only reschedule a booking. Cancellation Deadline: Participants must notify the camp administration of their cancellation by a specified deadline at least two weeks before the start of the camp session via email. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline may result in forfeiture of a portion of the camp fees. The amount retained will depend on the camp's policies and vary based on factors such as the start date of the camp session. Force Majeure: The camp reserves the right to modify or cancel camp sessions in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government regulations. In such cases, the camp will provide alternative options, such as rescheduling as feasible. Communication: The camp will communicate any changes to the cancellation policy or camp schedule promptly and transparently to all registered participants. By registering for the summer camp, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of the cancellation policy outlined above.
